COUNTRY CLUB POLICY REGARDING
THE SALE OF MEMBERSHIPS FROM THE TREASURY
In order to promote the sale of memberships held in treasury, the board of directors of the Jerome Country Club has approved the schedule of compensation set forth below for sales of memberships from its treasury. This schedule of compensation will be effective unless and until notice is issued making changes.
COST OF MEMBERSHIP:
$500
MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE FEE:
$100
DUES, TRAIL FEE, AND CART BARN STORAGE FEE:
Dues ($950); a trail fee, if applicable, ($130); and a cart barn storage fee, if applicable, ($120 for electric or $80 for gas) will be paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase. Those amounts will be prorated if the purchase is made after January 31, allowing a reduction of one tenth of the original total amount each month for the months February through October. No dues or fees will be collected with respect to purchases made during the months of November and December.
SALES TAX:
All fees and dues will be taxed at the existing state rate. |
